I mistakenly attributed Roy Cloudt's lesson to John McReynolds and wanted to acknowledge it. I've studied under both and was reading some lessons from one of them when I came across the other. By the way, I highly recommend both of these men as instructors to anyone interested in learning God's Word.

I'm very grateful to have stumbled upon these tonight in a search for some information on the church's website. I find these topics to be very relevant to our needs in such a changing world. To the critic above, (Miles): I don't believe Mr. McReynolds is seeking popularity in posting these lessons, he is only trying to convey to us the urgency of learning God's word and hiding it in our hearts. These posts are actually only a drop in the bucket of what we as believers need to know to grow in the Word.
We are living in such a time period that makes it absolutely crucial that we study the Word. I am only wishing I had spent more time in it, and grateful to those such as Mr. McReynolds and Roy Cloudt who will take the time to teach those of us who haven't attended church as regularly as we should have.

Just a note, to gain popularity over 10% the story, commentary or news must have more traffic that 90% of the other stories here. Popularity from 30% - 100% means it's a very much viewed story here. This story is now at 39% and still growing.

It's fair to say, wouldn't you agree he's putting together a contextual thought process of How a christian should be thinking. Also, verses written in an English bible are not the same as they are in the Greek and Hebrew of which Pastor Roy Cloudt knows very well.

Just a suggestion, it might help if you were to: a) give a clarification or definition of any kind as to what "Christian Thinking" actually is; b) find passages that are actually relevant and NOT truncate them, especially not to the point of fragmenting sentences (like with 1 Peter 5:7 up there).

If you're going to write about Christian thought, at least give some kind of impression that you know what you're talking about, or if you can't do that, refer to someone who can, like Ravi Zacharias, C.S. Lewis, or even the apostle Paul.

Then maybe you won't get "Popularity 26%"...
